Beauty by Biba hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please us at hello@beautybybiba.com to arrange the return. We are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. Due to concerns about the spread of coronavirus, we are temporarily only able to accept returns of unopened merchandise.

USA Shipping - We offer Ground (7 – 10 business days) for orders shipping within the continental USA. Free Ground Shipping is eligible on orders of $150 or more, after discounts.

Once your order has left Beauty by Biba, it is in the care of UPS. Beauty by Biba is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
